VGA cable compatibility

Guys, I have a TV with these inlets is it compatible with any cable that I can use to transfer my laptop video and audio output to the TV ?

And I don't think this cable is compatible, is it ?

That cable MAY not work (but worth trying - depends on the TV) the output format from the PC may need converting. In this case i would use a converter box like this: https://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=8668

The TV has AV1,AV2 (Video, L audio ,R audio)
and component (Y ,Pb ,Pr and audio inlets)
The laptop has HDMI and VGA
What cables and converyor should I use for transfering from laptop to TV?

No problem! Do you mean to display the laptop screen on the TV?
If so, use the converter in my previous answer. Yes, this would display your video signal, and play the audio on the TV.

But some last questions will this method decrease video resolution too much?
And what is the accurate name of the cable I bought ?
And is there a convertor for it or I must buy another VGA cable ?

No problem, if you have a look at my previous posts, and click on the links i provided, you can find all the details you need. The video quality should not suffer, but it is analogue, so will not be on a par with HDMI connectivity, but i am sure you will be fine. Just remember to alter the resolution in windows to suit the size of display you are connecting to. Windows should do this by its self, but always good to double check.
