I am assuming that you want a PC,(but if you are talking about a laptop, let me know) so check this video out:

It is not the best parts ever, especially the over-priced cooling by Be Quiet (who sponsored the video). So if you can save your money by choosing a better and chaper cooling parts, you could spend that elsewhere.

It would be a bit more than a 1000$ with the case and so but I think it is a great one for such a budget. You can surely look for other things on the internet but make sure you take a professional advice before buying one just because it was recommended online. You can surely look for other things on the internet but make sure you take a professional advice before buying one just because it was recommended online. You mainly(in your case) have to focus on the following things:

16GB DDR4
An SSD that big enough to install your system and the other programs and still have some space. I would recommend at least 200GB(the motherboard in the aforementioned video supports M.2 which is faster, so if you buy a motherboard that supports M.2 SSDs, buy one. They can be sometimes a bit more expensive than the normal SATA ones, but you definitely get a better performance and that is crucial in your situation)

If you go with the GPU in the video, go with the model that has 8GB of ram, it would be great. Especially that prices went a bit done since the video was posted(it is also in the link below). There is only a small price difference. It is important for your GPU to look at the next factors:
The compatibility for sure.
Bandwidth, a 4 GB DDR3 is NOT better than a 1 GB GDDR5.
Doing your homework by searching about it online and checking benchmarks on Youtube or somewhere else.
Read this guide. It will help a bit:

Last but not least, Check the prices drops:

Good luck and let me know what you choose. Feel free to do so i meant.
