How to bypass a Windows 10 account?

Hello everyone,
My neighbor just bought a locked Windows 10 laptop, and asked me to take the account off it, but I don't know the password. The laptop is a Lenovo idea pad 100. The problem is that it won't boot into bios, or a boot menu, it just loads into Windows 10 every time. I even tried pushing the recovery button to no avail.......is there anyway around this, especially if the laptop won't do anything? Thanks.

Ask the people he bought it from.

Have your "neighbor" take the laptop back to where he got it and ask the for password to be removed or given to you. If they won't do it then he should ask for a refund.
