Argument about core parking/unparking

So me and some know-it-all have been arguing on the Steam forums:

At the end he starts saying what we've been saying all along, but he claims we didn't say it. Obviously a troll.
He wanted to see what the reaction of a tech forum would be, so here it is.

You want us to read a thread on another forum? You know, "copy" and "paste" work well on this site and would likely get more folks to read and respond to your question.
