Get the Ryzen 1700 instead of 1700x. A simple overclock will get you to 1700x level for no more money. And the money you save you can get a 500gb M.2 evo.

No need for a massive Full Tower, stick to Mid Tower. Plenty of cooling without the massive size.

For editing you want IPS and higher resolution. Here are changes I'd make:

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 7 1700 3.0GHz 8-Core Processor ($349.99 @ Amazon Canada)
Storage: Samsung - 850 EVO 500GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive ($259.50 @ Vuugo)
Monitor: Acer - G257HU smidpx 25.0" 2560x1440 60Hz Monitor ($359.99 @ Newegg Canada)

Thanks for the monitor suggestion ! The reason I don't want to overclock is because I know nothing (Jon Snow style) about it ^^
The reason I wanted to go with full tower is because in the future, I might have to transfer this computer to my lab, and put an EATX mobo and more powerfull CPU, hence better cooling ! The full tower would give the ability to stick a 360 AIO in there !

Looks good.

It costs a bit more money but you could condense the ssd + hard drive into a single 1 - 2 terabyte ssd

The 1 terabyte Samsung 960 Evo $469

or the 1 terabyte Samsung 850 Evo $358

or the 2 terabyte Samsung 960 Pro $1,295

or the 2 terabyte Samsung 850 Evo $749

One of the highest performance and most cost effective ways would be to buy 2 - 1 terabyte Samsung 850 Evo and put them in a raid 0 giving you effectively 1080 megabytes read and 1040 megabytes write with those drives.

I thought about that ! I will be building this around the end of August, so I'm hoping that the price of the 1070 will be cheaper ! If not I think I will pay that 50$
