My monitor says power saving mode

Hello my specs:
Gigabyte b250m-ds3h
XFX radeon RX 460 2GB
Hyperx fury 8GB ram
EVGA 500W

My question is why wont it work it can start up and all that but my monitor just saying (Power saving mode)
Im using VGA cable from the motherboard
If needed u can Add me on <removed by moderator: Not allowed>
So we can talk in real time i can also use my camera on my phone to show u in real time how it looks and if u see something thats wrong.
Somebody pls help me

You need to connect to the GPU most likely, you'll need to have a display connected to it anyways to game on it as the motherbd ports use the processors integrated gpu which isn't that good.

If your monitor only has vga then you need an active adapter like this Example
