High CPU usage after updating to Cumulative Update (KB4022725)

Okay, so what happened is there was a new system update which I updated to about a week ago, and ever since that update I have noticed things have been slown down. This is the update that came out before the creators update which I had just updated to. Now I look in my task manager and can't help but to notice that I am getting around 57% of my Intel Core I7 6700hq being taken up by simple tasks like: an online game such as Agar.io on chrome, rendering a video on Sony vegas, and much more! I know it has nothing to do with my PC not being able to handle games "my PC is an Asus ROG GL752VW" I would run completely fine before I updated and now it runs like it suddenly became 5 years older! I really need some help with this before I decide to get my Laptop taken and probably looked at for a couple of weeks. Thanks!

Looks like the latest Windows Update is causing trouble on some computers.

Latronis on this thread has the same issue to which I suggested a few solutions.

Can you please check and follow them to see they can help you too?

I checked and I am unable to go back to an older build for some reason
