You can go with msi Radeon R7 250 1GB (https://www.msi.com/Graphics-card/R7-250-1GD5-OC.html#hero-overview) or Radeon HD 6670 (http://gpuboss.com/graphics-card/Radeon-HD-6670).

You'll be able to run CS:GO and Euro Truck Simulator 2 on high with both graphics cards.

You can check how your computer would perform running those games here:
1. Euro Truck Simulator 2 - http://www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=5330&game=Euro%20Truck%20Simulator%202
2. Counter-Strike: Global Offensive - http://www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=2323&game=Counter-Strike:%20Global%20Offensive
Just find the parts you wish, add them and try. You can experiment with whatever parts you want.
Game-debate gives you information about 1920x1080 resolution...

I think it's just alright. It miiiight bottleneck your CPU a little on some games, but I think it should be fine. You might want to consider adding 2GB RAM to make it 6, as 4GB is not so good nowadays, assuming that Windows consumes 1-2GB, you may not have enough to run ETS 2 on high.
