Windows 10 Pro USB boot CI.dll missing

Hello guys, today I bought a windows 10 pro usb from a pc store in town and after I choose windows setup 64 or 32 I get the error that CI.dll is missing.

I recently wiped my SSD from BIOS it's an Samsung SSD 850 EVO SSD 250GB.

I bought USB version because I don't have a DVDR.

If the file in the USB drive is missing, you can Create a New Installation USB, Install Windows 10 on Your Computer with the newly created installation USB drive, and register your copy of Windows using the same key that was provided to you at the time of purchase of the old USB.
