Pc auto shuts down and power light starts blinking with fans ON and OFF .

Hi guys , my pc after few minutes auto shutdown and then this happens

its happening for few weeks . i thought its my old ups or overheating so yesterday i bought a new apc 600v and cooler master hyper 103 fan but its still happening i cleaned up ram and slots also reconnect 24 pin connector but its still happening.

psu - cooler master 600w

motherboard - BIOSTAR Group H110MH PRO D4 (U3E1)

processor - Intel Core i5 6402P @ 2.80GHz
Skylake 14nm Technology

ram - kingston hyperx ddr4 8 gb

graphic card - msi gtx 1060 3gb

pc is fairly new its been 8 months only

is it windows 10 should i install win 7 or its the hardware ?

600W power supply is way more this needs. this is MBO. Try disconnecting GPU if its low on power no GPU should be enough to boot.
