Windows Defender SmartScreen

Whenever the windows defender SmartScreen pop-up appears when I open an untrusted app/file, I couldn't click on any of the buttons. For example the run or don't run button, I can press the cross button only. I also tried using the keyboard, it doesn't work. Please help.
Also, some parts of the windows app like the calculator cannot be clicked idk why.

An example of it I'm disconnected right now but even when I'm connected, it doesn't work.

Some fixes for smartscreen cannot be reached right now are:

run windows update
Update AV & spyware definitions

right click start button
choose powershell (admin)
type SFC /scannow and press enter
once its completed, copy/paste this command into same window:
Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth and press enter
SFC fixes system files, DISM cleans image files, re run SFC if it failed to fix all files and restart PC

Check network connections are ok
Reset Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge to defaults.
Clean all the temporary files stored on your Windows.
Try after uninstalling any third-party antivirus program.

as for the buttons themselves, SFC/dism may fix that.
