Why is my ethernet almost 50x slower than Wifi on all ports except 1?

On Wi-Fi, my speed is more than adequate at 100 Mbps http://imgur.com/a/HIuo5. However, on Ethernet, I get this http://imgur.com/a/DE03f on 3 of the 4 ports on my router. But on the last port, I get over 200 mbps http://imgur.com/a/dlMMJ. I ruled out the cable issue, as I've tried both my own cable and using the built-in Ethernet in my apartment. My router/modem is the Arris 1682G, is currently located in the living room, very near the television. Why does this occur?

Have you checked for firmware update for the model? (Reset the router, then log in to the default gateway with your login info).

It looks like there were some issues a couple of years ago, where ports were not working due to some poor coding which appeared to relate only to bridge mode (only 1 port works in bridge). Obviously not in bridge mode if this is your sole router, but it may be some weird manifestation of the issue.
