I'm building a new PC with the objective of gaming at 1440p / 144 hz with ultra settings.
My secondary objective is quite/ silent operation and as cool as possible temps on air (I have no interest in water cooling but will consider hybrids.)
I've picked out the following parts and need advice on fans, including their placement and speeds + branding/ models and sizes. I'm planning on Noctua fans since i've heard great things about them and they'll match the cooler.

How does this build look?
Any suggestions to improve cooling/ lower noise? I'm open to anything.
Also, any components switches? Again, this is all open to change, especially the GPU (although it must remain a non reference 1080ti.)
The case is changeable too.
The only mainstays are the Ryzen 1700, Gigabyte AX370 - Gaming 5 motherboard (not included in the above as I won it) and the listed RAM due to its more or less guaranteed compatibility with the main board (I know its expensive but i'm pretty set on it.)
Again, please assist, particularly with cooling suggestions/ silent operation.
