HELP PLEASE: Computer 'No Signal' on TV

Just finished building and putting it together. I connected it to my TV via an HDMI cable, from the back of my computer (The Shield IO thing area) to my TV.

I turned it on and nothing is happening. 'No Signal' is displayed on the TV.

All fans are working, and my GA-AB350 GAMING 3 motherboard has a red LED thingy going on so I thought that it's working. GPU is lighted up and such, so I don't notice any particular problems with the system. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Read it through carefully. Check everything carefully. Do not assume you have all your cables in or in properly. Check them. Go through every step methodically.

If you go through the guide and still no results, then at that point post your system hardware, and someone may have knowledge of a specific set of circumstances that are causing your symptoms.

Try another hdmi cable. If you have a pc monitor lying around, try connecting it to that and setting it to match your tv resolution.

Wait. Your using a Ryzen CPU right? And your plugging in the HDMI cable to the motherboards HDMI connector(Shield I/O thingy)? Well there's your problem. The cable should be connected to the GPU. Ryzen CPU'S dont have internal GPUs. Maybe I'm not understanding the question properly, and I apologize if I am not, but I think that's your issue.
