Cd/DVD drive not reading

I having an Asus laptop model G51J series. Recently l upgraded from windows 7 64bit to Windows 10. My cd/DVD player does not read any media created in windows 7. Is it a problem of driver? How to solve this? Please help. The cd/DVD model is. Toshiba TSSTcorp-TS- L633C.

Then ASUS never released drivers for any other operating system besides Windows 7, so it's extremely likely the issue is driver related and I'm surprised this is the only issue you're experiencing as your laptop was never meant to support future operating systems.
I recommend reverting back to Windows 7 with the recovery options before it's too late! (if its not already)
