Upon starting my wife's Windows 10 compute up, she has periodically over the last few months had the Windows login screen- after it started up- appear as a blank blue (like you would see if you were logging in, but no user accounts are visible) backgroudn screen with options to restart the computer or sleep. Restarting would normally fix it. Recently it occurs more often, and today it kept happening despite frequently restarts- only after pausing a time and trying again did it finally work for her and she could login.
Has this problem happened to anyone else and might it be indicative of anything specific?
