Monitor Turns black when playing games

While playing PUBG I have been experiencing issues with my monitor or my PC.

Specs : I3-7100
Motherboard : B250M Pro-VD
Graphics Card : MSI GTX 970 AfterBurner 4gb i think?
RAM : 8 GB RAM DDR4 2400MHZ

I've tried to uninstall Geforce Experience only worked when loading into the game and getting into one and my monitor turning black.

my monitor is the benq XL2411

My monitor goes black after parachuting down to grab items in pubg.

With the how long i dont understand? How long it turns off it for a while and i have to forcefully turn it off

I need your exact GPU model, Afterburner is the name of a GPU-related program and not a part of the name of any NVIDIA card, so I have a feeling the entire name might be incorrect.
