Graphic Tablets with Screens for gaming?(and other stuff like video,streams,etc.)

So I was wondering,can you actually use graphic tablets with screen for gaming.
...that is a probably a stupid question,but I just want to be sure.

Yes as these are normally just a secondary screen with a touchpad overlay. The responsetime might not be that good since these have high end ips panels normally but nothing to bad.

The response time for casual use I dont really think will be important since game I play are WoW and Hearthstone,I just was wandering.
