Upon startup my pc keeps rebooting without anything on screen and once in a while it shows the message "BIOS has detected unsuccessful POST attempt(s).
Possible cause include recent changes to BIOS
Performance Options or recent hardware change.
Press 'Y' to enter Setup or 'N' to cancel and attempt to boot with previous settings.
If I press 'Y' it prompts me to the intel Visual BIOS if I press 'N' then the cycle continues. If already tried turning off automatic restart it didn't work. Please help me figure out the issue.

So this error comes about usually due to an abrupt lack of power, perhaps a power outage, perhaps the PSU was removed. Either way, it's damaged your machine.

If you have a disk image or snapshot tool (i.e. Macrium Reflect or Rollback Rx) you can restore from that. Otherwise you'll need to do a clean installation of the OS.
