Win 7 Wallpaper Option on Win 10

Hello Everybody;
As it can be understand i want the Win 7 detailed wallpaper options back.
(where you can select picture by picture create themes....)
I found a short cut on internet that open the option.
With the Creator update this short now open the regular win 10. Made new search on internet about but couldn't find any new about it.
Does anybody new Anything about this?

Another Problem i saw now is
For having more then one folder on the Wallpaper slideshow i edited regedit so when the
walpapper

Now on the wallpaper options that part is lock and force you select one folder doesnt allow you select The win wallpapper.
So now cant select more than folder too..

The new Command Line is
explorer shell:::{ED834ED6-4B5A-4bfe-8F11-A626DCB6A921} -Microsoft.Personalization\pageWallpaper
with this you can see the old wallpapper option
