PC Power Cycling

I just built my new PC and I noticed whenever I restart it, it begins to power cycle about 6 times and then it actually turns on. I have an Asrock AB350M Pro4 and I also have my PSU plugged into a power block. Is this normal or is this an issue?

Try it without the power block. Also make sure you have the latest bios. Make sure you have version 3 of the motherboard bios.

Just updated my BIOS to 3.0, still having the same problem.

Remove a stick of RAM then swap it out to test with the other. Try resetting bios.

I don't have another stick of RAM. Should I just reset the BIOS then?

Sure and if that doesnt work unbolt the motherboard. Take the motherboard out of the case and set it on the motherboard box. Then with everything hooked up test if the power cycling occures.
