Port forward not working / hamachi also relayed

Port forward does not work. Ive done everything many guides tell you to do when port forwarding.
-Static ip made
-put the port forwarding rules in the router

Router is a ZTE MF286

I also tried disabling dhcp, didnt work

It also fails with the external ip yougetsignal gives me

And then me and my friend tried hamachi, we have relayed tunnel and sometimes it goes to direct tunnel without us doing anything. Everyone else that im in hamachi with have direct tunnel so im guessing hamachi problem is on his side.

So what are you actually trying to do? Just get Hamachi working? A bit more information would be helpful, especially with what you're doing with your external IP address (don't post it here though, security reasons). In my experience, Hamachi usually doesn't need much playing around with except maybe some firewall rules.

Also, you shouldn't disable DHCP since you would need to statically assign IP addresses for all devices. Most routers should give you the option to reserve an IP address allocation for your PC.

EDIT: I just had a look at your last picture about "YouGetSignal", that's your private address, not public.

Im trying to host a server for game called factorio. Since the port forwarding didnt work we tried hamachi, it kinda works sometimes. But i want to get port forwarding working/ if i get hamachi working i dont need the port forward either. Just need something so he can join
