Hello, I need some help since I've been trying everything to solve this problem and still I have no results.
I had windows 7 but I wanted an upgrade so I decided to get windows 10, so I installed it with the original CD and now the keyboard freeze. While I'm writing this it apears as if I was clicking with the mouse in other app so I cannot write.
My mouse seems to be loading every 10-15 seconds as if it was loading another app.
While watching youtube on fullscreen the taskbar apears every 10 seconds as well. While gaming the game seems to freeze and the mouse pointer appears, then I click on the game and it gets back to normal. However this is very annoying. I've tried reinstalling windows 10 with the CD (without a total cleanup, I'd rather avoid such a thing). Used avast, malwarebytes, windows defender, ccleaner,superantispyware, and still nothing .
