Hey there, trying to solve an issue for my friend who accidentally shut of their new computer during the first setup for windows 10. Windows 10 installed after starting it again but there are of course corrupt files to deal with now. We tried a reset and new install only to get the error message, 0x800700B7-0x2000A. Does anyone have a simple fix for this? It's a bit beyond my computer knowledge at this point. I've also been trying to get to the advanced boot options on start up but none of the F command keys seem to get me there. I figured just wiping everything from there and starting fresh would be the easiest. I've tried going through the settings to restart the computer at the advanced options pages but it freezes every time it gets to the F command advanced options. Any ideas are appreciated, thank you!
