I have an Acer Aspire E 15 with Windows 10. Suddenly the keyboard doesnt work. When I go to the device manager, the keyboard (Standard PS/2 keyboard)has an error with the driver (code 24).

i think the keyboard is faulty
but what you can try is right click on it and uninstall the drivers reboot and plug your keyboard again and if its still not working it must be keyboard fault

I can't unplug the keyboard, it's built in the notebook

plug in a wired or wireless keyboard if it works. you have to check to see if the keyboard cable has come unplugged or if the keyboard went bad. if the laptop is under warranty send it back.
Additionally, when I turn on the laptop, I can press F2 to enter the BIOS settings and there the keyboard works perfectly. However, it doesn't work when the OS is charged
