DVI and VGA Extended Dual Screen?

Hello, I used to run an extended dual monitor system with the integrated DVI and VGA output. I wasn't satisfied with the DVI monitor quality so I invested $1 in an ATI Radeon HD4550 graphics card and it only has a DVI output and it works great. My only problem is my VGA monitor isn't receiving video. How could I get my VGA monitor to work on the integrated video and my DVI work on the ATI Radeon card?

IPISB-CU (Carmel2) That's the motherboard model

Check in BIOS for a "Multi-Monitor" setting. If there, try enabling it.
