UPDATED Will this Gaming PC / Multi-tasking PC work?

I'm wondering if this pc build will work. I want this build to be reliable, run computer games like minecraft (with mods), 7 days to die, and most games at 1080p with high fps. I also want to be able to watch youtube and have many tabs open.

An RX480 may be slight overkill for minecraft, but you won't have to worry about going over load. If you can find one around $200 it's a solid card. 16Gb of memory will cover however many tabs you want to open.

Might I suggest a different approach? If you went with ryzen, for similar cost you could have 6 cores and 12 threads, hopefully extending the useful life of the build and allowing for better multi tasking such as streaming if you wanted to. Here's a list you can play with.
