An RX480 may be slight overkill for minecraft, but you won't have to worry about going over load. If you can find one around $200 it's a solid card. 16Gb of memory will cover however many tabs you want to open.

Might I suggest a different approach? If you went with ryzen, for similar cost you could have 6 cores and 12 threads, hopefully extending the useful life of the build and allowing for better multi tasking such as streaming if you wanted to. Here's a list you can play with.
