Can't install chrome

Hi everyone.

So recently I deleted chrome because it was out of date, and there was a problem, chrome said you need to reinstall it in order to update.
Anyway I deleted it, and now I can't install it. I open the setup, press run, and nothing happens. Nothing appears on the screen, I tried restarting my pc, won't work again.

If you can help me I'd really appreciate it.

Run a virus scan and then scan for Malware. After that, disable all of your antivirus software and then install Chrome.

Chrome was out of date? Okay. You tossed it like old milk. Why didn't you update it instead? Have you tried to perform a system restore to a time before you threw away Chrome?

I didn't update because I couldn't. Chrome said you need to manually update, there is no other way.
And what is the system restore? How do I do it?
