I know this was a problem years ago when the game was released, but it still seems to be an issue. I've tried all the fixes for it, such as changing the pool size, the min/max fps values, turning vsync off and using the graphics card to vysnc(it wouldn't register). I'm using a ryzen 1700 and gtx 1060 6gb, which should be able to easily run this game at max settings. I'm starting to think maybe something in my PC is faulty.
