Dual monitor mount recommendation for 2 27" monitors

Hey guys, planning on getting 2 27" monitors, need help for monitor mounts so I can save some space on my desk. Trying to decide between the monitor mounts with gas spring arms or the standard arms. I don't want a monitor stand that'll only bring the monitor a short distance.
Requirements:
Extend Both 27" monitors at least 12" forward.
One monitor flat facing me, second tilted towards me.
Reasonable price (won't break the bank)
Mounts to desk
Must be able to hold Acer Predator XB271HU or XB281HK
