I got 2200 USD to spend on a gaming pc and I want the most RGB for it simply because its 2017 and I want a ryzen based build (with 1700 I can over clock it) with a 1080 ti. If you can help with this little "project" id appreciate it.

Don't even need to bother with hard drives at this price point. Two 1tb SSDs is cheaper than one 2tb though
