Setool.exe program keeps starting and stopping after windows 10 install.?

I just upgraded to windows 10 from 8.1 and ive had a few problems. one of them is that theres this program that keeps blinking on and off in my taskbar called setool.exe. ive looked at it in the task manager and it opens, doesnt answer then restarts. How do i fix this?

SEtool seems to be some sort of sony ericsson phone app.
If you do not need it, get rid of it.If the app appears in the list of installed programs, uninstall it.

Ive searched through my apps and programs but cant find anything that has anything to do with sony ericson

Its called SetTool btw, i misspelled it

I found it, looks like it was something with my networks card. I just deleted it and updated the driver and im good now
