Core 2 Quad q8200 bottleneck

Hi ,
My spec as follow :
Intel Core 2 Quad q8200 oc to stable @2.60ghz
G31MES2C Mobo (Gigabyte)
2x2 DDR2 Ram @800 bus
MSI GTX 760 2GB OC (reference model)
Gigabyte 460w PSU (bronze 80+)

How much bottleneck im looking at on this spec? Also my idle cpu temp @58c and full load @76-78c .
GPU idle at 43c and full load can go to 90c+ . Is this temperature abnormal? my room temp is high(no AC) and my casing has less air flow with exhaust fan .

it's an older card, and an older GPU; as long as you don't have any 144 Hz aspirations on modern games, you won't know till you try if you can maintain 60 Hz refresh, and, you might as well play as high as your GPU will allow. (likely low/medium on any under 2 year old FPS type games...; you can try 720 or 1080 to check for acceptaable framerates)
