So i'm currently looking at replacing 1 of my ram modules. This laptop was packed with 2 rams. One is 2GB and other is 4GB. I want to replace the 2GB ram stick. Current 4GB ram:

My question is, can i upgrade this laptops memory with this one?

or this

I don' t really understand those VDD, VDDQ and VDDSPD numbers for hynix rams. I just notice they are different between the two. Same goes for data transfer rates. So are these viable options or should i look elsewhere?

Dell Inspiron 15-7537 supports 2 x 8GB sticks. DDR3L only (1.35v)

The VDD is Drain Supply, VDDQ is Output stage drain power voltage, VDDSPD is Temperature sensor/SPD EEPROM power supply. These are different supply voltages.

For your laptop VDD has to be 1.35v

The first link is compatible, second link is incompatible as it is 1.5v (standard DDR3), Amazon link is incompatible as well as it is 1.5v
