Hi,
I am currently building a new gaming PC. Here are my constraints:

• This PC will be moved roughly around 2 time / month to go to LAN parties. Thus, I want this PC to be portable. This is why I want to go with a mITX form factor and WIFI integrated motherboard.
• Also, I want the best gaming performances without overpaying for small performance increases.
• This PC will be used to play modern games at least at 1440p / 60 FPS.
• I don’t plan on overclocking right now, but I am considering in the future.
• I want this PC to be future proof, again without overpaying.

Here what I came up with: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/8dQZYr
You guys have any comment / tips about this build? How could I decrease cost without much of a performance lost?

Thanks!

Hi,

I like what you have pulled together. If you need to cut back on costs:

-Consider a less expensive PSU such as:

-You can probably save on RAM

-An i5 would be doable, but given the price you are looking at I don't think its unreasonable to go with an i7. Same thing with the motherboard; you could go cheaper, but you have a solid choice in your build

-Most importantly, you can go with a less expensive monitor and save $500+

All in all, looks like a great build! Enjoy
