Reasonable 27" 2K 144hz Monitor

I wish to replace my old AOC 22" e2243Fw with something bigger.

Would not mind a better TN panel, as the monitor will be primarily for gaming purposes. Cheap IPS doesn't seem to be worth it?

AOC AG271QX - 12 690 CZK - 570 USD
BenQ XL2730 - 14 390 CZK - 647 USD

These are just some examples i looked at and how much they cost in my country. I'm thinking mostly about the AOC or BenQ. And Gsync or Freesync are not something i need.
I just want to know what would be good alternatives to these.

Looking for something to serve me well in the years to come.

My price range would be up to 700 USD.

im using an AOC Q2577PWQ ips 5ms (£280 = $340). i know AOC do the same in a 27 inch, guess youre looking for a TN only panel though?

With 144hz refresh rate, yes. TN panels are less hassle, or so i heard.
