Where is Favorites folder for Edge located? How to sync Favorites through Microsoft account?

Hey there

I am moving everything from C drive- want to reinstall Windows. I found Favorites folder under C/Users/Username. But the folders do not have the same names as my Edge favorites folder. Not all web sites I added are there. Where would be Edge Favorites in its latest version be stored? Thank you.
