Can't boot from flash drive need help

I had recently found out that my computer wasn't running 100% of my ram and I found out this was cause I had only a 32bit os of Windows 10 and I have a 64x based prossesore (that looks wrong) but I have a bootable drive from Windows installer and another from my buddy who built my pc. I tried running both from the bios setup in the boot one I boot from all USB's several times with no luck I even reformatted the drive trough command prompt and reinstalled it to the drive and tried it again but still no luck. And we tried unplugging the power to the mother board with still no luck. I can't figure that out the USB's are -usb-fdd
-usb-zip -usb-CD-ROM -usb-hdd I've tried everything boot wise can't find anything on the internet hopefully one of you can help p.s. My mother board is 78LMT-usb3

I cant understand what you posted. If you created installation media and have enough RAM, select USB drive as boot drive and begin. What is all this information you posted?

It won't boot from flash dive it says there is no device detected
