Hey guys, i just built my first PC a couple of days back. It was working completely fine till one morning i noticed that there were rainbowish blurs along the edges of objects while a video was playing. It vanished when i paused but resumed when it was playing again. Fast motions in a video often make this effect pop out more but so far I have not found a fix for it. I do not have a secondary monitor to check if it's the monitor issue. All my drivers are updated and everything. One of my friends suggested that it was happening because the GPU had a loose connection with the MoBo, so I pushed it in, it fixed the problem till today. I tried the same thing, but it did not work.

Any idea what this could be?
Please Help!

I took a video on my phone and linked the screenshots of the artifacting below:

Its not understandable from the GIF, but the screenshots posted above it are from the same GIF.

Specs:-
Ryzen 5 1500x
Nvdia 1050ti, 4GB, OC version
16 GB ram
Monitor- Benq GW2270, connected by HDMI.
