how much should i ask for this cpu and motherboard?

thinking about upgrading to a i7 so I think im going to sell my current cpu and possibly the motherboard too.
I currently own a 7600k i5 and a Asus Strix z270h gaming motherboard. How much should I ask for each separately?
I guess i dont really need another motherboard since this one is still current so maybe i should just sell the cpu?

Find your part in used condition on ebay.
Then filter on completed auctions,
