infinite loading screen/restart loop error

So my pc was being slow so i decided to reinstall windows using the system settings reset this pc, while it was loading it had a black screen for quite a long time, so i turned off my pc and turned it back on again, which lead to the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. I searched up a fix for it and i opened up console and typed regedit which i went to the folders hkey_local_machine, system, setup, status, child completion and i changed setup.exe from 1 to 3, restarted my pc and now im in an infinite loop of my pc restarting. please help

Suspect that you may have corrupted the OS when you turned off your PC.

Do you have a bootable recovery CD/DVD or USB drive?

Do you have the original Windows 10 software disc?

Can you boot from that and start over on the reinstall?

i do have a usb drive but how do i reinstall windows with it?

Read and/or watch as warranted with respect to your situation. Change the search words to be more specific as necessary.

Pick a method, plan out your steps, and execute.

Avoid third party "tools" etc.. And please stay out of the registry.
