Windows 10 admin account missing

Hi, i recently got a old laptop and started to personalize it, i was trying to find a way to change the name of the admin account, i searched a way to and it said to use a command in command prompt (i forgot the command but it started with net). After typing that command and setting my name i restarted the computer and saw that the admin account was missing at the login screen and only the standard account was left (the one with no admin privileges) i tried to use the built in admin account but i need to open cmd as admin to do that. I am trying to get this fixed asap so any reply will help. Thank you
