Seeking display advice: 1440p / IPS / $350 max budget

My young nephew plays Paladins, and is accustomed to viewing it on a 1440p (16:10) Apple iMac. I'd like to provide to him a similar gaming experience when he stays with me on the weekends. I currently use a 1920 x 1200 resolution Dell IPS 60 Hz display. I like the Dell U2717D, however it's currently listed for $432 on Newegg; about $100 more expensive than I'm comfortable paying. Any ideas or suggestions outside my criteria are appreciated. Thank you.

I assume you meant 1600p at 16:10 for that display (2560x1600). Keep in mind in your price range not all monitors will have height adjustibility if that is important.
