Windows 10 Randomly Linking Computers

For some reason my taskbar settings are syncing between my desktop and laptop. When I move it the right of the screen it does so on my laptop. I don't think I've ever linked accounts or something of that nature, either.

Can you please confirm if you are using the same Microsoft account to sign-in to Windows?

Please try signing in with the local account and check if the issue is resolved.
