GPU Prices might increase again due to increase in price of GDDR VRAM production?

There's been some talk lately that RAM Manufacturer's might increase the price of VRAM and direct more of the supply towards smartphones and other use cases? Any word on if this will actually happen? Some people estimate increases of up to 30%! Is this due to miners ? When will the RAM & GPU market ever settle down again?

well i dont think it will be happen,we(consumer) just can doing adaptation to the new price
