I want to buy SSD card for my OS but I don't know if I should buy a small one and make it a virtual memory or to buy one for windows 10, thanks in advance.

p.s.
How much space does Windows 10 take?

OS and applications go on the SSD.
Should be a 250GB drive, 120GB absolute minimum.

And your pagefile stays on the SSD as well.

MS specified 16 GB for 32-bit OS 20 GB for 64-bit OS. You could buy a smaller SSD of 120 GB just for the Windows to work and if you have and HDD, use it to save docs and files.

Good Luck.:) Peace.

120GB may sound a lot but it will soon fill up, with the difference between a 120GB and 240GB less than a tenner, I would go for 240GB or even 480GB. I started with Win7 on a 60GB and it was soon full, then cloned it to a 120GB which again filled up, now on a 480GB with Win10 which seems good.
Remember MS and other Application are constantly having updates and patches so your usage will only ever increase.
