I Was Looking to Buy The :AMD FX-4300 Vishera From Newegg But I Wanted To Know If It Supports DDR2 Ram. Cause DDR3 Is Really Expensive

No, ddr3 only.

And the FX 4300 is a 7 year old cpu, not a good buy in 2017. I would look at AMD Ryzen 3 1200 or the Intel G4560 if you are on a small budget.
