75hz on 60hz (75 capable) monitor but exclusive full screen?

I have a noob question to ask i have a mini running on 1080p/60hz but also can display 720p/75hz, so at 1080p/60hz if i launch overwatch and set full screen and resolution to 720p @ 75hz, will i get 75? Or i get 75hz when i set on Nvidia cpl only?

Fullscreen will override the res setting so it will change to 720p/75. You'll notice even with the same res settings, alt+tabbing isn't instant because of the switch of what's controlling the output.
