reset computer and asks me to set it up but cant use my keyboard

I reset my windows 10 desktop, and it asked me to accept the rules and agreement but my keybaord isnt connecting to it. I cant use my keyboard or mic. what am i suppose to do

is the keyboard plugged into the (black or red - NOT BLUE) USB port near the top of the motherboard?
do you have a PS/2 keyboard?

can you use the keyboard to enter the BIOS/UEFI? if so go and make sure the settings for the USB devices are set to legacy (may be different in your system).

i can use my keyboard to get to the bios so that ik my keyboard is working but when it tells me to accept i cant hit enter or do anything eith my keybaoard

it sounds like you need drivers for the keyboard before windows can see it.
which keyboard do you have, make and model?
if you can find/borrow an old PS/2 keyboard that needs no drivers you can install windows with that.

i cant find and old keyboard so what else can i do? its night so ill reply in morning
