Apps Of Windows 10 Not Working And Not Even Windows Store

i have been suffering this problem from last 3 days after a terrible virus came to my pc now whenever i try to open a app downloaded from windows store like instagram it say DNS lookup failed and any other app of windows 10 it says not connected to internet and not even windows store is working.
plz resolve this issue

run antivirus and get rid of virus, and go back to a restore point where you had no virus and install an anti virus on your system
